  1. X 设置 → Your account → Download an archive of your data X Settings → Your account → Download an archive of your data
  2. 等约 24 小时收到邮件，下载 zip 包并解压 Wait ~24 hours for an email, then download and unzip the file
  3. 在解压后的 data/ 目录里找到 following.js 和 follower.js Find following.js and follower.js inside the data/ folder
  4. 关注/粉丝多的话可能分片成 following-part1.js 等，多个分片可一起选中 Large accounts may have split files like following-part1.js — select all parts at once
